At least once a year, we make it a point to go and see all of our customers face to face. This gives us a chance to take some samples to them, and to discuss the current crop year, what we expect in the pricing and to go over expected quantities per customer. Doing this also gives us a chance to see the people that are the reason that we do what we do, and to try and help them with any hay or truck related issues that they may have.
